About the service
The service is a private and independent consultation and guidance center that works to make it easier for Afghan nationals to access information, guides and document follow-up services. We try to provide the information users need in a simple, understandable and practical form, so they can better understand the administrative steps and follow up on matters related to their documents.
What is our goal?
Our goal is to provide an accessible reference for guidance on consular services, identity documents, passports, identity verification, tazkira and other administrative matters related to Afghan nationals in Iran.

Independence and nature of the service
The service is a private and independent consultation and services center and has no official affiliation with the Embassy of Afghanistan, consulates, or any governmental body of Iran or Afghanistan.
Transparency about services and fees
The announced fees relate to consultation, request registration, follow-up and the specified actions. Paying a fee does not mean a guaranteed appointment, passport issuance, or approval of the request by the embassy or any other official authority.
After a request is registered and paid, the follow-up information and a dedicated code are given to the applicant. If an error or shortcoming occurs in the service on our part, the applicant can follow up by email at contact@srviss.ir or the phone number listed on this page; the request is registered and reviewed with a tracking code.
Protecting user information
The information users submit through the website forms is used to review the request, coordinate, provide guidance and follow up on services, and is used only for that purpose.
